We are looking for candidates for the role of technical support with excellent technical and interpersonal skills. Technical support officers address technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the release of new applications, among other tasks.

to communicate directly with clients, as well as create written documentation
that requires excellent written and oral communication.

Defines hardware and software solutions.
Concerns about technical issues.
Detects and repairs cracks.
