Communications Manager is a key component of the Avaya Aura®
platform and the basis for providing voice, video, messaging, mobile and other
real-time services. Communication Manager software is part of every Avaya Aura®
edition. This software is available with a single user license fee.
The Communications Manager offers centralized control for a
distributed gateway network and a wide range of analog, digital and IP-based
communications devices. Communications Manager includes several integrated
mobility applications, call center functions, advanced telephone conferencing
and E911 functionality.
